I offer wellness workshops and support for communities and staff teams across Southwestern Ontario. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your group’s unique needs, goals, and setting—whether you’re looking for a one-time workshop or ongoing support.

Fees
Fees for these offerings vary depending on the type of request, length of the session, preparation required, and any travel involved. Please send an email for further discussion.
Insurance & Payment Information
Clients with private or group insurance plans may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement if their plan includes coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker. All services are offered by a Registered Masters level Social Worker (MSW, RSW). Contact your benefit provider to confirm eligibility.
At the time of your session you are responsible for payment. An invoice will be provided, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if applicable.
