My mission is to walk alongside you through seasons of change and loss — helping you feel less alone while providing practical coping strategies and fresh, supportive perspectives to guide you through this chapter of your life.

Hi, I'm Jaclyn!
Throughout both my career and personal life, I have supported individuals living with life-altering injuries, people who have received life changing diagnosis, and others experiencing grief and impactful transitions. This work has included walking alongside caregivers, parents, farmers, farm families, and others who are grieving both death and non-death losses.
